About Us

Aardvark Web Works, LLC was founded in 2003.

After spending nearly twenty years as a creative in Advertising, Print and Marketing, with the next ten years being in Information Technology, it was about time to share my skill set and capabilities with the world.

I focused strictly on the web as my next logical step. While researching for my new business, I found how inaccessible the web is to people who are less-abled, whether it be impairments such as visual, aural, cognitive, physical or they are technologically disabled by older hardware/software. We all have the right to access information on the web in the same manner for education, health care, government information, recreation and countless other things.

Becoming an advocate of accessible web design, the most important thing I can do is go forth and educate the business community on the importance of accessible web design so the other nearly twenty-seven percent of differently-abled people, can easily interact with the web and feel they can contribute positively to society and the world.
